About Us

Dar-Dan is a national publishing house established in 2023 by its founder and chairwoman, Mrs Walaa Abou Elnuor, and her partner, Mr Ahmed Ragab. Dar-Dan’s aim is to make the fruits of thought and knowledge accessible to anyone who desires them. It provides readers with new and serious content, covering a wide range of subjects, and seeks to expand the scope of culture in its traditional sense, drawing on a variety of disciplines. Dar-Dan was born a giant, attracting sophisticated writing from well-known authors and promising young writers keen to present every new and attractive aspect of knowledge, art, culture and creativity.
